FinanceWire reports that SwapGlobal has raised funding from Marcel Boekhoorn, Volodymyr Nosov, founder and president of W Group, and Kenzoll Capital. The amount has not been disclosed.

The U.S. derivatives provider plans to expand its services for institutional investors, initially focusing on exposure to companies before they go public. Its offering also covers overseas equities, computing capacity and digital assets through over-the-counter contracts.

The investment adds trading and working capital and builds on SwapGlobal’s existing partnership with Kenzoll Capital. Fedja Terzic has also joined as Chief Risk Officer, following senior roles at Flow Traders and One Trading.

Kenzoll’s digital-asset market-making technology and team now operate within SwapGlobal, bringing derivatives pricing and risk management together.
